"Carmine’s has officially opened at Twin River casino in Lincoln. The Italian restaurant seats 480 and serves antipasto, pastas, seafoods, and meat entrees in family-style portions with Carmine’s house wines. The restaurant includes dining rooms on three levels, a bar area, a bocce court and a glass wall overlooking the greyhound racing track. It is open Monday, Thursday and Friday from 5 to 10 p.m.; Saturday and Sunday 11 a.m. to midnight and closed Tuesday and Wednesday. Meals are also available for takeout, (401) 475-8600. This is the fifth Carmine’s with the others in New York City (two), Atlantic City, N.J. and Paradise Island, Bahamas."
